On November 11th and 12th, we hosted our second annual NCV Founder and CEO Summit!

Over 50 founders, CEOs, and venture partners from across our portfolio joined us for two days focused on the power of connection and leadership development. This year, we took a fully interactive approach, diving deep into the real challenges our founders face with a series of tactical group sessions. Leaders focused on setting powerful visions, evaluated their leadership styles, and worked through a problem-solving workshop where they each presented a current challenge for group feedback.

Each session was packed with real examples, giving founders practical insights they could put to work right away.

Thank you to everyone who made this Summit a success, from our NCV portfolio leaders to our Venture Partners, and of course, our wonderful sponsors. To all our founders and CEOs: we know how challenging your work is, and we’re grateful for everything you pour into it, day in and day out.

We wrapped up the year with our fourth healthcare breakfast, gathering Austin's digital health leaders, including CEOs, founders, and executives from early-stage ventures. A highlight of the morning was the exchange of insights on talent and compensation trends, led by Pamela Zients. Pamela provided a comprehensive overview of the market, shedding light on the current landscape and offering perspectives that are crucial for making informed hiring decisions.
